All believers have a testimony of how they became followers of Christ and what God has done in their lives since their conversion. This testimony is who we are in Christ. Some parts of our testimonies may be difficult to talk about. There can even be a fear that others might think less of us if they knew our story. We must remember that this is part of God's story, and the light of our testimony was never meant to be hidden under a basket (Matthew 5:14-16). We must pray and ask God to give us the strength and peace to share our testimony. God may want to use us as a living epistle to declare His Glory (2 Corinthians 3:2-3). If our testimony could help one person come to know Jesus, or help save one life or one marriage, then it would be worth it. It is not so much about us, but what God has done in us and through us. It is for His Glory alone! Your testimony is so powerful that Revelation 12:11 declares "the accuser of the brethren will be overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by THE WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY..." Pray that the Holy Spirit will give you an opportunity this week to share your testimony. Peace and Grace in Christ Jesus, Pastor Joe Voss
